Wedding i CANNOT figure out what to get my bridesmaids!!

I have six bridesmaids--two of them are anti-jewelry totally non-girly tattoos and piercings types, another two are uber-prissy anything pink and ruffly with bows on it girly girls, and the last two are tomboys that fall somewhat in the middle. I can't think of a single thing that'd be universally appealing, and for one of the tattoos and piercings girls, I can't think of anything PERIOD, which really bugs me because she's the one that's notorious for buying the best gifts ever! I'm already paying for hair and makeup on the day of, and I'm getting all of them a pair of flip-flops for the reception. Would it be too "lazy way out" to throw in a picture frame that suits each girl with a pic of the two of us in it and call it a day, or is this too obvious that I didn't know what else to do? Any other amazing ideas would also be greatly appreciated! Thanks PSers!

what is your budget?? what about the Ipod shuffle or something similar?

I was aiming for $25-30 per girl because the hair and makeup is already $60. I seriously considered splurging on the shuffles when I saw where someone else had posted it a while back because it is a really good idea...until my mom pointed out that both my sisters and both my best friends already have one, so it wouldn''t work for 4 out of 6 of the girls. DAH! I also thought about throwing in a DVD that I knew each girl would like. I''m just confuuuuuuuuused! As usual, haha!

There''s no rule that says they have to get the same exact gift. If they''re all different people, buy them different gifts! They would probably find that more personal and special anyway.

So maybe a donation to an animal charity (like the Humane Society? Or the World Wildlife Fund?)in each girl''s name? Maybe your girls have a favorite cause or charity, even if they aren''t activists, they have a cause that means a lot to them?

The charity will probably give you cards for your girls, so that they know that a donation was made in their name (but the charity won''t reveal the amount).

I would suggest looking on etsy for something that suits each personality - there is so much great stuff there for under $30. And, you can practically get anything there.

I know this sorta sounds strange (especially for the girly girls) but have you considered getting them each a Leatherman or Swiss Army Knife? A friend of mine was in a wedding recently where these were given to the entire bridal party- both sides. She said that even the girls that were less likely to think that they need something like this were impressed and excited. Everyone needs a tool once in a while.

Its certainly a step away from the traditional gifts!

I was at BBB a month or so ago, and they had these really nice bathrobes on sale for 19.99. I got each of my bridesmaids one (I have 8!) and I''m going to have their names embroidered on them. I got to use the ever present 20% off coupon for BBB and the robes are really nice! They''ve got alot of that sort of stuff out right now because of college starting, so I bet you could find some nices ones. Mine are the Nicole Miller brand, and they''re light pink and light green, but I saw alot that were white or had designs on them. I figured they would be a useful gift.
