We hired a harp/flute duo for the ceremony... my dad really liked the idea and I thought it would be classy. Well had I know what a total pain it was to pick music off a limited selection I''d have reconsidered! I really am not into the standard classical wedding pieces that are popular. The ones I do like the music company says aren''t walkable (too dark, moody etc. Debussy for example).

So I finally decide on a beatles tune, not listed, but the musicians know it! Here, There and Everywhere by the Beatles for the Bridal Processional, no clue if this is going to bomb or not but I love the song so at least something''s picked... back to trying to pick the rest of it again!!! I thought if he could do Across the Universe for the bridesmaids it would blend, but he can''t... ugh. So it''s back to classical.. how well is that going to mix?? Otherwise he has pop/broadway or standards... none of which jump out at me. I''d probably prefer the classical... it''s disappointing to have to settle. If I had him learn a new one it would cost me a bundle. I''ve been struggling with this for months and i''m already overdo to turn in the list. If there''s one thing I''m not happy about at all this is it.

I was thinking of using ''I wish you love'' for the recessional at least (vs La vie en rose which probably won''t sound good). They can uptempo a song if it may be a bit slow but I''m concerned it''s going to sound like a lounge song if they overdo it... that''s the only song that seems decent to me though.

Anyone have any suggestions for seating of the parents and bridal party processional to go wtih a beatles song?? I''m dying here! I have to have this picked out by end of day today. Misery!

Here''s the song list.... (I think we''re skipping latin due to the french/marie antoinette type theme)
