A friend of mine posted this on FB. I think the video is great! Really something to think about.

I'm definitely not the typical 28 year old Chinese male, but I joked to my friend that 60% of the people I work with basically fit that description. Haha. Yay for tech companies! My workplace is definitely more diverse than any place I've worked or lived before.
