Format>Background>Printed Watermark>select image & rescale> Heres where I got stucked. The watermark appears only in the background and I want it over the image and I can''t seem to do it!!!!!
I only use the watermark on our word document, and not on actual images. Hmm maybe that is a Photoshop thing? I only know how to type out words onto Paint like below, but it doesn't look like a watermark- its just text though. Hopefully someone else can chime in to help
if all you need is just text like pictured, then I circled what you would use in yellow
You would need to open up your image in "edit" mode, then
click on the "A" and then on the second box with the colored shape pattern so the text box becomes transparent and not opaque. On the very bottom is an array of color choice select the one you want your text color to be in
Then pick a spot on your image and left click drag however big of a space you need then Right Click > go to text toolbar then figure out what fonts you want to use and how large, then type in what you want. Disregard if this isn't what you are looking for.

Sillyberry, thank you so much! It worked! I am able to put watermark on my pics, only horizontally. Do you know whether I can do it diagonally?
