How often do you wear your diamond studs?

Mine are 1.4, and I've worn the pretty much every day since I got them ... to the point that I feel almost guilty about neglecting the rest of my collection!

I say insure them and enjoy them as often as you like: if anything, I think wearing studs every day to amortize their cost and using big blingy pieces for "special" events makes more sense!

I've only purchased two other pairs of earrings since buying my studs. lol! A pair of fashion dangles and a pair of CZ dangles that I found on clearance at Macy's for $5.00. I haven't even worn the $5.00 ones yet.

If my ear didn't develop this strange reaction/sensitivity I would wear mine daily. I wear them about twice a week now b/c that is all I can stand. I think studs are perfect for daily wear.

Mine are 1 ctw ACA's and I wear them everyday! I just love them!

I wear mine all the time, 1 ctw martini set. A few weeks ago for a holiday get together I took them out and put in some pearl danglies, put my shoes on and took that last look in the mirror, I had to go back and put on my studs.. I think they are a part of me now. Great idea to get jackets made for occasions, might have to do that.

Well, I do take them off to clean them, then I put them right back on.

I didn't really feel all that comfortable wearing my 1.5 ctw pair all the time because it just seemed like a little much for my mostly very casual attire. So I am working on my goal of getting two smaller pairs. I have the 1.20 ctw pair of stones that I need to get set and will also probably get jackets for these in case I do want more bling, and I'd like to get a .70-.80 ctw pair for which I might do milgrain bezels. However, I really love plain studs!

But regardless, I insure anything worth over a couple thousand dollars and don't worry about wearing them.
