How much are you paying for gas in your area?

Today I paid 2.99 for premium Chevron. Based on oil price we should be paying closer to 2.50 for premium gas.

Filled up this morning (Australia) and paid $5.20/gallon for the stuff you can barely light with a match. Wasn't prepared to fork out extra for the good stuff.
Think that's bad? My mate filled his boat up recently and took a pic of the pump price for diesel at the wharf. $11/gallon because it was a public holiday, it eventually dropped down to $9.50 after that and has held steady since. Apparently it has been as high as $13/gallon before but with slumping oil prices I guess the oil companies here think that $9.50/gallon is a fair price

We are paying about $1.90 or $1.95 right now at the Jersey Shore. A few weeks ago we were paying around $1.75 I think. Gas at the Jersey Shore was really cheap for a good few months and is still pretty inexpensive even though it is going up each week. Not sure where it will end up but it is sure a lot cheaper than where you 2 gentlemen live. But our real estate taxes at the shore sort of make up for that.

In NYC near where we live full time it is around $2.35 I think.

I usually fill up at SAMs club in Austin. Today it was 2.17 for premium and 1.81 for regular. The HEB grocery store by the house is 2.24 for premium and 1.87 for regular.

Anyone here use the Gasbuddy app? Its free and has been 99% accurate with the prices. I use it a lot when I travel too.

Well, think yourselves lucky because I'm paying about $1.56 per LITRE here in the UK! I think most of the difference is taxes though. And we don't usually have large driving distances in daily life.
