How many TV''s do you have and where are they located in your house?

We have one in the living room and that''s it!! If it were just me living there there wouldn''t be a single TV. I think they are distracting and cause people to be sedentary and bad for kids attention spans. The compromise is that DH got to have one and it got to be a fancy flat screen, but there will never be more than 1 TV in the house even if we move into a large home.

My family will have a TV on at all times but when I am home alone I rarely turn one on. I had to fight my husband when we did our master bath redo to not put one in there otherwise we would have 7 TVs!

3 total! DH has his ~50" (maybe larger, who knows, I am so out of touch with electronics, lol) plasma in the basement, aka the "man cave," then I have my 36" flat screen in the living room that I sort of listen to while I''m on PS or on the phone, and we have a little baby tv in the bedroom on one of those metal arm thingies attached to the wall so we can see it from bed. I hate the way the bedroom tv looks, it reminds me of a hospital room because of how it''s mounted on the wall!

There really isn''t room for any more tv''s in our house, we have a 2 BR, 1 bath house. But I can say that if we did have the space, DH would find a way to install the largest possible tv in each room. He just can''t live without it, the way I can''t live without books or the internet, LOL!

My husband is a tv and tech junkie so . . . we have 9 televisions. One in each bedroom (5), one in the family room, one in the playroom, and a 70 incher in our home theater. My favorite tv is the one that is built in to my bathroom. I can watch the today show in my room and in the bathroom while I''m getting ready in the morning and I can take a bath and watch the Food Network on a rainy Sunday afternoon.

we have 0. when i was growing up, we had 1 tv. i''ve been without a tv for over 5 years now, but when i was in college i had a small one for movies in my dorm room. my husband bought a computer monitor that can be hooked up to a dvd player for movies, but i haven''t used it in nearly a year. if i''m dying to see a tv series, i can always rent it on dvd. i watch ''grey''s anatomy'' online, but otherwise, not much tv watching in this household.

occasionally i dream about beautiful wall-mounted flat screens, but right now my diamonds are more entertaining than most shows on tv.
