My biggest mistake is misplacing my diamond bezel necklace last winter. The stone was my mom's ering diamond, and I can't, for the life of me, remember where I stashed it. In other words, I hid it so well, I can't find it myself. I've prayed to St. Anthony so many times, he's probably tired of my voice. Still, I refuse to believe it's gone, it's just in hiding.
As far as something I've bought: I never loved my original wedding ring. I was very intent on getting matching bands, and wound up going with what DH liked, and should have listened to the sales woman, who felt I needed a more rounded gold band. Or, better, I should have gone with the beautiful channel set princess cut band, that I tried on while waiting for DH to meet me at the store. He said: get it, if you want it. But, I didn't want to spend too much at the time.
