How do you like BlueNile return process?

Hello All! I am eyeing on a couple diamonds on BlueNile and about to pull the trigger. Before I do it, I wonder if any of you have returned diamonds and is that process smooth? It will be a pain for me if I by any chance need to return them (hopefully not) and my refunds are hanging there forever. I might consider elsewhere in that case. Thanks a lot in advance for your information!

I have returned non-diamond jewelry items. I called for an RMA and shipping label and sent it back, got a refund within a reasonable amount of time.

I would consider talking to a sales agent though, and perhaps choosing only one to purchase and have sent to you at a time. And confirm that there will not be any additional fees for making several large purchases and returning within a short window.
