How do you know if he/she is a diamond "enthusiast"?

I'd say Her Majesty The Queen qualifies as a diamond enthusiast.
But I doubt she goes onto her ACER laptop to plug her baubles into the HCA or use an ASET scope to make sure her boulders are good enough.

I doubt her 530+ ct Cullinan I was cut in 1908 for light performance.
Still, I'd call HRH a diamond enthusiast of some note.

After all, don't her honkers honk the loudest.
At night when the LA freeways are quiet, I can hear the honks way over here in California.

She does now!... b/c I did sent her an ASET scope 4 yrs ago.

When I met up with @mochiko42 in HK in 2015, I was able to tell her then ER was an OEC right away. Apparently I was the first person to do so amongst her social circle.
