plus i crunch up that flat bit of bone - lots of flavour
i love the wing tips but they arnt in the picture
maybe its just when i do wings at home
the pucture looks more like chicken nibbles than wings

If I eat wings at all its almost always the flats. If its drums and they're really good...5. Yes friends, I do indeedly like the gristle.

Me too. The part I showed is the "drumette" in the US, and the part you showed here is the "flat". I prefer the flats myself as well!

there are kind of like arms arnt they - chicken wings
with the flat having like an ulna and a radius and the drumet having the humerous

Ribs - now you’re talking! A lot more meat on them than on chicken wings.

I prefer the flats over the little drums but if the tip is well done, it’s great to chomp on.

I like only baby back, not the big ones.
