How can upload pics?

I know that it'll sound silly, but I really can't figure out how to do this

When I try to upload pics, I'm taken to a page that has two pics that I've already uploaded but I can't figure out how to upload more.

That page is mess up currently. The upload button disappeared. Message the admin for help?

We have been making some improvements.

Try clearing the cache and let me know if that helped.
