I don''t think you can buy a house in our area for under 200K. I would have *loved* it if we could have found something as great as your place for even 300K!

A "house" under 200 in our area consists of a condo in a shady neighborhood.

Not sure if we will ever be able to get a house.

Ahhh, if only... even decent one and two bedroom units/flats start at about 250k in our area, a house like your for under 200k would be a dream!!

Here is a house priced at 173,000 that we loved and wanted to buy but decided to stay under 130,000. Between the both of us we make 54,000 a year after taxes. We want to not depend on my income in case I was not working for a while

Here in Phoenix you can actually get a really great house for 200k. We almost bought a 2800sf 3 car garage newer home for that a few months ago. We''ve lowered our budget now to 150k, but there''s still a ton out there in our price range. If only the realtor would call me back so we can go look at them...
