House Update...And A Little More Dust Would Be Awesome!

Hi everyone-I just wanted to give an update on my house situation you all so generously dusted me for! I finally have semi-good news to report: we are now under contract on the house!

However, the contract is contingent on the seller being able to purchase the house she wants, which is a short sale, so those can really go either way.

BUT we really want this house, and if we find another house we can get out of this contract, so it''s not the worst thing in the world. I''m thinking of it as if we put the house on hold, but we can keep shopping to see if we find one we like better!

But I do really really really love this house, so if anyone has a bomber airplane full of dust to spare (*coughstrmandloreleicough*) I would love it!
