I found out an acquaintance collects Swiss watches.
He is not in the business, just a hobby.
I have a Rolex I haven't worn in a zillion years that I may as well sell to him.
I'm getting old and starting to unload stuff I never use.
Midsize steel and gold, Oyster Perpetual Datejust.
Original boxes, manual, and whatever else it came with, including extra bracelet links.
SN dates to 1988.
I have receipt showing it was bought new at an authorized dealer.
It has never been serviced or tampered with, or even opened.
Everything is original and it works fine today.
A few scratches and one bad one.
