I''ve never been to Cabo, so I''m no help there. But I think I read your original post a bit differently that everyone else. Were you kind of asking if you even SHOULD broach the subject of the time share with your boss?
I''m just wondering exactly how the offer of the time share was made? Was it a flippant, off-hand comment he made while drinking (i.e. ''You should TOTALLY use my timeshare in Cabo for your honeymoon!'' takes another sip of wine) or was it a more reasoned discussion while sober in which you felt he was truly sincere in the offer? Exactly how the offer was made would affect the way I''d word the email to him.
It seems a bit awkward that he hasn''t said anything to you again for months after the initial offer, so I can see why you are trying to be careful with what you say in the email. Are you close with your boss (and would you normally expect such an extravagant wedding gift from him)? Has he offered his time share to other employees for their honeymoons? Just trying to get a better idea of the situation at hand...
Honestly, if he made the offer kind of off-handedly (or while drinking) I wouldn''t email him about it, because if he didn''t really mean it or doesn''t remember the offer, that could be really awkward. Rather, next time I was around him I''d make some joke about Cabo and/or his timeshare and then say ''We are thinking about Cabo for our honeymoon. What do you think?'' and see what he says in response- if he reiterates his offer. If however, you think the offer really was sincere months ago and your boss has simply been too busy to bring it up again, than something like Zoe''s email sounds good to me.
This may be a moot point if you''ve already sent the email to him. But just wanted to throw in my two cents. Good luck with it!

hopefully they''ll be some availibility on our dates. The total out of pocket expense will be $600 for flights.
ETA: what do you do? We are hiring right now for several positions.....Texas though.
