Wedding Help me pick a quote for our ceremony program

Can't decide between 1,2, and 3. We will be putting this quote at the top of our program. Thanks for the imput in advance!

(not sure if I can do this one, because it is a catholic ceremony)

My vote is #2, but then again I picked that one for us so I'm biased

Are you using I Corinthians as one of your readings? We did not so that was part of the reason we didn't choose that on the program. Secondly, do you describe him as your best friend? My DH felt strongly about it surprisingly. I suggested the "today I marry my friend" and his response was "I want it to say my BEST friend, can't you find that?".......how could a girl argue with that? Pick whichever fits you 2 best in other words. #3 is nice, ask your priest if it's ok to have it if that is your favorite. You can't go wrong with any of them (assuming the church is ok with #3) so pick which one you feel most describes you two.

Its a really tough decision b/c all three of them have meaning to us
1- is one of our readings at the church
2- so true & feels like it describes our relationship (this is also my FI''s fave)
3- is our first dance song

i'm not a huge fan of #2 (sorry! i just feel like it is written on everything wedding related). i like the first and third ones though.


(we're using "where you go, i will go" from the book of ruth on our programs - just another option if they won't let you use a secular quote!)

Sounds like #2 is the way to go based on that. The other 2 are already represented in other ways.
Do you have hesitation about it or is it really that you like them all? Sometimes when I really really cannot decide it''s because I''m trying really hard to talk myself into it because I don''t *love* any of the options. If so, keep looking for more until one really hits you.

I vote #2. Not everyone can honestly say that they are marrying their first love. I would be excited to let everyone know that.
