I cook mine in milk instead of water. It really makes it smooth and creamy and so good. But I like good oatmeal if it's cooked in water too. I love dates and maple syrup-- so good. Or dried apples and cinammon and nutmeg with brown sugar. I've had it with Cranberries too and it's pretty good too, though I prefer dates by a lot. Have you tried golden raisens, BTW? A small change but excellent as well.
