Here is what I need, I am open to flats (would be best) or small heels, but def no heels bigger than 3-3 1/4 inches. The color needs to be turquoise, or aqua, satin preferred or leather, trying to keep it less than $100 because this will be wedding shoe pair #3 and P is going to kill me!

Hello Girls. I need a 9.5 but sometimes I am a 9 or a 10 depending on the shoe style. I love peep toe and open toe would be the way to go if I got the heels because it is a summer wedding and its outdoors. So I would need some flats to change into for the reception but I would love a pair of heels as well.
