HELP! 10 YR Reunion tonight- nothing to wear!!!

OK, so the dreaded ten year! My hair is recently trimmed, my skin and nails look fine and I obviously have my gorgeous diamond collection

thanks to my friends and enablers at PS LOL

But I have nothing to wear... Well obviously I have clothes, I am not running around in the buff tee hee

Friday night is a meet and greet at a local Bar & Grill and then Saturday is at a Country Club. I don''t want to be overdressed or too sexy but I also do not want to be boring. Can you give me some ideas on what is hot right now on the fashion scene? The budget is $300.

i had my 10 year reunion a few months back so i know how you are feeling! you are going to have a blast though!

for mine, i wore dark jeans, heels and a cute blousy top but ours was at a bar in the city. if i was you, i''d wear a print dress or something with a pair of flats or cute sandals if you are afraid to be too dressy. dress it up with some awesome earrings and a bangle bracelet or something.

Ditto this. They have dressy and less dressy stuff so you could get a dress plus a shirt for This one will help hide the extra poundage..
Or this one is more exciting.
This shirt could help distract people away from your stomach if that''s where your poundage is! (that''s where mine goes so I''m going from that!)

ohhh, i love the black top that gaby posted (the last one, multi ruffle from banana republic) with jeans and heels! i''d go for that...and i may just buy that shirt for myself now!

i''ve seen your wedding photos so i know you''ll look awesome. plus you are a good hair DIYer, right? a snazzy top, dark jeans and heels. you can never go wrong with that! plus, black is a great backdrop for diamonds when you flash everyone your ering/wedding ring!

Is the country club a little later in the evening? I would wear either a cocktail dress or at my 5-year which was also at a country club, I wore black palazzo pants and a close-fitting stretchy black sleeveless v-neck with embroidery on the front. I felt perfectly appropriate for the setting and as the evening wore on, it got cooler and I was glad I was wearing pants. I brought a wide silk scarf to wrap around my shoulders. Love palazzo pants, very slimming.
