I was hoping it would make him miss me more than the farm - giggle - oh well - what do I have that can compare to a bale of hay! giggle

According to wifey2b the colors are more intense than in person but I have seen them look that color up there....
eye blasting orange, neon pink and the brightest red you have ever seen when the light hits them right.

correct the white balance by setting the black level.
punch the saturation
lightly boost the blue channel
frame it.

Gosh, Storm, I need some digital photography lessons! I finally ordered a Canon SD600 today for myself, and I think I am going to get my husband the Canon S3 IS for Christmas. That way we have an ultra-compact and a better camera when needed. I seriously don''t know anything other than pushing the on button and the button to take the picture! That was amazing what you were able to do with John''s picture.

I had planned on doing a s3 diamond tutorial but its on hold till I find a job.

Yeah, that''s the problem, whenever you buy a camera, the next model will be out within 6 months. I gave up on chasing the latest model! I didn''t know Photoshop classes existed. I think we live in too small a town!

Storm, you really could sell these pics, they look like postcards. I love the leaf pic, it''s very soothing to look at. Nature can be so much more beautiful than anything man-made.
