I don''''t know where else to post this, since I cannot post in the FAQ

I am unable to message admin, report concern, nor contact us

Each time I try there is a failure message. Can someone please help me? I need to change my username as I would like to be more anonymous and not use my real name since some posts can be personal, please help!

Not sure why you''re having the problems, but I''m guessing this message you just sent will do it.

I think sometimes it times out Noreen, if it does that just click back to the page and then resend, I find this happens a lot and it usually goes on the second try,

If Lorelei is right (and this problem doesn't happen to me that often, but frequently enough that I do prepare myself), and if you're using Internet Explorer, clicking back may not work, but copying your text just written first, then clicking back, and pasting it in and resending...might do the trick.

I always highlight and COPY my new message BEFORE I click on the SUBMIT button. Every once in a while something happens and the submitted message become lost. I believe this happens when another submission enters the system at the identical moment for the same thread and one cancels out the other. The copy and paste back works pretty well and has saved a few re-writes.

This happens to me a lot, I just click back to the message, hit submit and it normally works on the second try.

I have done it numerous times, it is still not working

Please i just want to change my username
