I won a free stay at The Bellagio during JCK right here on PS! Think that's about it-despite my heritage, I don't have the luck of the Irish! My niece does, though-she wins EVERYTHING. Taking her to Vegas with me when she turns 18.

Our own Missdebby had a contest on her FB artwork page - and I won one of her prints! It arrived last week and is just so beautiful. Other than him, I answered a question on the radio once about what the Dow Jones is (not many regular Aussies are up to date on Wall Street matters) and got a $150 gift certificate to a surf shop. And my table won our rescue organization's first quiz night (perhaps the greatest intellectual achievement of my life ). And, I think I remember winning a beanie baby in a raffle when I was about 12. A lifetime of winning, right here.

Blue is definitely the BEST of the lot though!

I won twenty bucks on a call-in radio show. The show was called "7 second delay". Neither of the hosts had anything for the show so they decided to have callers call a coin toss. Whoever got it right got another try. At the end of the hour I won with seven correct coin flips in a row. Within a week they sent me a personal check for the twenty. This was back in the mid 1990s on WFMU, still the greatest radio.

I won $1600.00 in a NY lottery several years ago so I think thats my Lotto luck! I also won a turkey 5 years in a row in grammar school! My momwas so bummed on year 6 when they had to go buy one!
I won $500. worth of Botox in a raffle basket ( I am scared to redeem it! ) last year at Relay for Life
My best win though is the BGD Barbara pendant I won a few years ago!!!

You have to wait till she's 21! she will get carded and be asked to leave the bars and gambling floor - just sayin'! DS who is now 22, was carded fairly frequently when we were there - he didn't mind - he was just excited to be in Vegas!! Good luck when you go - and I hope you win big!!

My DD won tickets to a private Spoon concert from WRXP! Back when they were an on-air rock station . . .

I have won very few things, but this is what I can remember. When I was in high school (many many years ago) I won a Rolling Stones album (vinyl) from a radio station, and I have won $250.00 and $200 from casino slot machines. I think that is about it.

The first time I won $250.00 from a slot machine, I was playing on the slot machine where years before my brother had won, $289,000. and had his name on a plaque above it. Sadly, the hotel is gone now.
