Has anyone ordered from Zappo''s?

I''ve been looking all over for new boots for the fall and I can''t seem to find anything I like in stores. I found a couple possibilities on Zappos.com but I''ve never ordered from them before and I was wondering if anyone here has, and if you had a good/bad experience with them?

I want boots in black and brown, and there are two styles I like, but I''m worried about ordering multiple pairs online and hating them all when they come. It says no shipping fees and free shipping back on returns - has anyone done this? Is it true - will they pay for the shipping and refund my money if I don''t like the shoes when they come?

I don''t normally mind buying things online, but I just ordered shoes from another site and when they came they were terribly uncomfortable and nothing like the pictures or description, and I lost out about $15 on shipping. I''m trying to avoid it this time - so any happy Zappo''s customers here?

This is no exaggeration: we ordered my husband a pair of Keen sandals online at 11:00 pm Thursday night, and at 9:00 am Friday (THE NEXT MORNING) they were on our back deck!!!

Love them, but endless.com is my favorite. (endless is owned by amazon btw, and amazon usually has things cheaper than anywhere else, but their free shipping is SLOW.)

Lilac, I went through the great boot hunt myself about 2 months ago. I ordered about 8 prs. from Zappos, they all went back. Of course I did this over a period of a few weeks. But their service is fantastic. You print out a return label and take it to a local United Parcel Service location, just drop it off. Simple.

I have bought from them before and liked them. I like to buy from shoebuy.com ( I get better discounts) but they don''t have near the selection as zappos, and lack a few of my favorite brands. but if i can find that one pair for less at shoebuy that''s all that matters.

The same thing happened to me! I LOVE Zappos. Only issue is they have *too* much stuff sometimes...I wouldn't mind a little editing!

ETA they definitely do the free returns. I've ordered 2 sizes many times and returned one.

I''ve had great experiences with Zappos, especially with returns. A lot of times they have free shipping if your order is over $100 too, so free shipping and free returns (if they don''t work) is the best deal around!

DH has bought multiple shoes there and then returned the ones that didn''t fit/didn''t like (since it''s free shipping on returns). I think that''s the whole appeal of zappos..like going to a shoestore in your own home/apt!

They are awesome! I ordered like 5 pairs of shoes from them, trying to find my wedding shoes, and the free shipping both ways is what sold me. I returned the ones that didn't work, and didn't have to pay a penny on shipping either way.

The customer service rep was so nice, he even sent me a note in the mail congratulating me on my wedding!

One thing I LOVE is that if they''re out of stock in a particular size/color combo, you can have them email you when it''s in stock! I did that on a dress I wanted and either they got more or someone had returned it, so I ended up with a really cute dress!!!
