Has anyone bought from Lenoire Empire Furniture?

We are interested in buying a particular desk, and got a very good quote from Lenoir Empire Furniture. They quoted $1800 lower than our local store. We are tempted to buy the desk remotely from Lenoire Empire, but don't know if they have good customer service, especially if things go wrong, like there is damage to the delivered piece, etc. Has anyone bought from them? How was the overall experience? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
