Ira, the joke starts with a normal guy coming into the company of mathematicians, and then they all sit in the table and say, 43, and laugh, and 57, and laugh, so the guy watches them and finally says, 45, and a woman slaps him on the face!

Sometimes I feel like this guy on the PS. Afraid of saying, 45. (what is emoticon for part-joke?).
