Hope my fellow Canadians are enjoying a great day with family and friends and a holiday tomorrow!

Currently in Sedona Arizona, but "thinking Canadian thoughts"!

Thanks army wife! Awesome trip! We've had a great time - 4 nights in Vegas, 2 in Sedona, 2 in Prescott Arizona at the rodeo and a drive up to Sedona, now in Scottsdale (made an error above, we are not in Sedona now!) and unfortunately the trip ends tomorrow.... We've met some amazing people, eaten at really fun places, seen inspiring sights and had a blast!! I want to LIVE on vacation, not go home to reality.

I completely agree, living on vacation would be amazing! I am glad you had such a great trip, despite less that perfect start! Next time you travel to the US we should meet up to go bling shopping.

Next trip is NYC inoctober then lv again w #2 son mid November! Think we could meet either of those times??

Had a great time at Handlebar J country bar, for dinner and live entertainment! Ah, vacations are fantastic. You meet the most amazing people you never thought youd click with... Great time tonight. Happy birthday Canada. 145 and looking good

I meant to start a similar thread yesterday but got sidetracked by my bbq preparations! We had a great Canada Day with lots of friends, food and good company and then on top of the fireworks an amazing storm!

Hmmmm....We have my family coming to visit the first week of Oct for DD's 2nd bday, DH's mom visits the end of Oct, and then my parents and brother are visiting again over Thanksgiving. I didn't realize we were so hectic this fall until I actually sat down and typed it out! Drats!

After DH finishes up training dec/jan and we settle into our new post things will calm down, plus by then DH's schedule will allow me to have DD stay with him if I go for a weekend trip. Maybe we will have to see what is going on then, though by that time it might be close to the next PS GTG(yay!) and hopefully we will both be able to make it to that!
