. The rule has been to get this money pit of a house finished and then concentrate on bling upgrades or new bling purchases.

It was so much fun Skippy! And yummmmmmmy. My little girl had so much fun and was so well behaved if I do say so myself. She sat like a lady with her napkin in her lap and she even drank tea...With a lot of sugar and cream of course. She is pretty tired now.
