Wedding Hair Trial--PICS!

I just had my hair trial, and thank goodness I love it because if I didn''t I don''t know where I''d find another stylist on such short notice!

I''m going to wear extensions in my hair on the day of the wedding, so these pictures are just my own hair with the curls she''s going to use for the wedding. It''s going to be much longer and bigger the day of, I can''t wait!

Looks great! I am always envious of people with beautiful wavy/curly hair. I would suggest along w/ the extensions a little bit more volume at the roots for the day of (either through blow drying or huge rollers), but only if your hair tends to fall flat.

Krissie--She curled my hair with a curling iron and then used a LOT of hairspray. My hair is a bit wavy naturally, but definitely not curly at all. I use a hair straightener when I do my own hair, I''ll put a pic from our shower last Sunday below to compare. And yes, our wedding IS next week! It will be indoors, though, except for the cocktail hour. I didn''t want to risk wilting in the July heat of Chicago!

This is what my hair normally looks like. Don''t mind our weird faces, my sister distracted us right before the shot was taken.

Haven it looks amazing! Very elegant! You look like a movie star right off the red carpet - you know the pics you see where you think "man, I wish I could look like THAT one day". Well...you do!

It will be even better with the extensions!

How did so many beautiful people convene in one place is beyond worldly understanding.. Haven, it will look wonderful. Are you going to do all over extensions or just the nape of the neck?

Haven, I find it hard to focus on your hair because your gorgeous face demands so much attention!!

however....gorgeous hair. I would probably go a bit more OTT with the curls and body (as a buffer)... you probably won''t like it to start with, but it will drop into what you want by the time you''re ready to go. If you have it styled exactly how you want it - chances are it will drop and be flat/straight at the most crucial moment.

This has been my experience with curls. I guess it depends on your hair....and the humidity levels...

ooooh! Soooo pretty Haven! Chicago in July is definitely iffy. I''m sure you''ll have a gorgeous wedding though. I''m concerned if the curls will stay all day. I''m no hairstylist though, so I''m sure your stylist can assure a way to keep them curled all day. Good luck and send LOTS of pics.
