I am at a family run farm in the Karst region and could not believe they have internet. Cannot get away from being connected no matter how hard you try Will have pictures when we return home in about a week. Next stop is hiking the Julian Alps in the Soca Valley then on to Piran on the coast. Beautiful country. Awesome people. Definitely recommend this as a vacay destination.

The only place I've been in recent history where you were truly disconnected was Cuba (and even then only some parts of it).
