Good mortgage/refi company reccommendations

Hi folks,
DH and I need to refinance and we''re looking for suggestions for banks and companies to look into. This is not an ideal situation, our current company is putting us through the wringer (losing information, payment history, not paying our taxes on time) and we want to refi to get with a new company. Suggestions?

I''d find a good broker so you can explore different companies. We used a great one last year and he really worked with us to find a good deal. Rates have dropped since we purchased, so I gave him a call about doing a refi a few months ago. One of the services he offers is a log-in to this site: www.myratetrack.com/ I''m not sure how it works if you don''t already have a broker. The cool thing is you can enter the mortgage rate you''re looking for and the terms and when it becomes available, they email you. It takes the hassle out of having to keep track of where rates are and remember to call so that you get it locked in.
