Hi y'all, I'm trying to help my dad with some of his Christmas shopping, and he needs something for my nephew's wife, who is 5 months pregnant. He'd like something in the $40 range. I'd love to find something for her that she could use either now, or after the baby comes, but I am at a loss. Maybe some of you moms-to-be or new moms can share with me something that you've really liked, or would like to have?

Mani/pedi, massage, make over...

Philosophy as a kit called Welcome Baby. It is about 30. bucks. You should still be able to find it. I think it would be a great gift.

Mayk, you can never go wrong with a mani/pedi! Luv2sparkle, what a cute kit! Thanks for the suggestions.

I absolutely love L'Occitane soaps and hand cream in lavender. As a mom I am always washing my hands and the hand cream is quite healing and smells wonderful.

I really like the philosophy kit!! Skippy is right. Our hands do get very dry from washing all the time. I can't really think of anything else expectant mom-specific, except those pregnancy pillows, but I never used one, so don't have anything useful to suggest.

I'd be inclined to skip the mani/pedi because some women will not have their nails done during pregnancy, but I guess she could always hold onto the gift card til after the baby is born.

yup,i really like it too.
