I paid the furniture store for delivery and installation. Today two of their delivery guys came, and spent about two hours carrying all the pieces up to second floor. I planned to tip them $40 each. But one guy went back to the truck earlier, while the other guy stayed in the house with me to check damage, sign paper, etc. So I gave the second guy $80. Now I am wondering, will he share the tip with the first guy? Am I over-thinking? I know there is not much I could do at this point, but if it were you, how would you have handled it?

That's been our experience too when we've had service people come to take care of something. I guess I just assume that the guy who goes back to the truck is checking in with the store/company, getting directions to the next place, or something. When I've tipped them, I've just said something like "This is for you both. Thanks so much!" Other than that, I don't think there's much you can do, short of walking out with the guy to meet the other one at the truck to give him his share.
