I''m getting sick of wearing post/stud earrings and small plain hoops everyday. What are some other options for more everyday earrings?

You could get a few small dangly sets that you can wear. I have about 6 sets that I wear depending on the outfit, I never wear anything very long or chandelier like, but just more than a hoop. I will look for some pics and post for you if you want. Do you like yellow gold or white gold?

Why not get a couple of jackets... you can do dangley jackets or pave ones. And you can do dangly charms off your hoops.

Plus there''s nothing wrong with some "fun" earrings. These are on my list: http://www.tiffany.com/shared/media/products/25868633_D_1.jpg But I''m hoping to find something similar on etsy for less than the $525 Tiffany price.

Or..you could get a pair like Gypsy''s from Pearlmans. They make me a little weak in the knees. They aren''t typical studs...so cute!

Stepcutgirl, Pearlmans had a little mix tagging issue and my earrings are the ones in the picture from their website, but some of the stats were a little off. They aren''t Katzo platinum .20 ctw. They are Kraiko 18K 1.00 ctw. So, if you do want them... Julian and Bill know about the mix up, and will be happy to price out the correct pair for you!

They are lovely and I am thrilled with them.

Since I love vintage stones and jewelry so much, I found a lovely pair of french wire earrings set with three little rose cut diamonds in a dangle. Just enough sparkle to be a little more special than studs.

I''m hoping for them for a wedding gift!

I hope you get them honey. I really do. They are a great pair of everyday earrings. And dress up well too!

I typically get small silver dangly pairs at Macy''s or something. I have a few nice ones that are kind of tear dropped shape and subtle enough to wear anywhere.

Thanks everyone for your advice. I''d prefer silver ones to keep the cost down. I''m a bit of a style failure with earrings and what is considered "everyday". I''ve looked on Etsy but haven''t really found anything (a lot I like but none that scream "everyday"). If anyone could post some pictures of some different styles that still would be considered everyday that would help.

definitely spend some time browsing etsy! it''s a goldmind of good ideas and designs :)

I like those Tiffany earrings - some etsy artisans will do custom orders too..

Suggestions? :-)

There were just too many to pick from to post pics.

When you said silver I knew this was the way to go. It is all silver and reasonably priced. I have bought tons of earrings from there. They have plain silver which is what I usually get, but they dont have real diamonds. They have gemstones though.

I went through quickly and picked a few I will post. There are 50+ pages of dangle post earrings.

These are $11.25

These are $17.20

These are $14.70.

What is nice is that they are so inexpensive that you can wear them without really worrying about them and it is easy to afford a lot of pairs so can always switch it up.

I love light delicate diamond drops for my everyday earrings. I have a few of them. Here is a photo of one of them that I wear a lot. Very light and very delicate and blingy IMO.

Maybe you can see them better like this

ETA Awful pic
I need a camera (using blackberry and phone for photos usually)

Let''s try this one

Thank you for the pics and links. I have a better idea of what is appropriate and outside my usual for everyday.

I bought a set six pairs of Honora pearl earrings from QVC (6 different colors) - they dangle just a little, and are french wire with little stoppers to keep them from slipping out. They are light and comfortable - perfect for summer. Very reasonably priced, too.

look up Patrick Irla - I love his flower studs - and he also does custom work in sterling silver, rose, white and yellow golds

I love these earrings. They are detachable and interchangeable.

Not sure if she ships to the US but these and the rest of her earrings are so pretty. Here is the

Thanks everyone. I really want to thank Gypsy....you really went crazy with the suggestions. I really like the flower motif in a lot of them.

You can a lot of fun, inexpensive earrings at Nord Rack and Macy''s (as Elrohwen suggested), that don''t cost very much. Often I''ll wear simple silver dangles when wearing my solitaire pendant, so that I''m not as flashy.
