Dust needed!

Hi everyone:

I don''t post here a lot because this community has some really great posters who can say things better than I can, but I could really use some PS dust this afternoon. DH and I are selling our condo but a few wrinkles have come up in the deal and we''re both really worried if the deal falls through.

We have a reasonable fix to these wrinkles if our buyer thinks about our offer in a rationalized frame of mind, and thankfully we''re in position where we have the financial resources to make this thing stick, but DH is really worried and we''re just afraid the rug is going to get swept out from under us. I''d really appreciate some PS dust for this deal to go through - been a long road to get to this point and I''m really scared of losing it!
