Yay! Thanks for the update, but there''s still a concern that his jaw may be glued if it dislocates again...not good for Morty or anyone else, for that matter.
So more special PS dust for Morty and here''s hoping there''s no more dislocation.
*****(Special PS dust)******** (no glue for Morty!!!!)********
Oh major dust!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It''s not silly at all! FI and I have three kitties and I definitely understand how you feel. I call my kitties my kids, lol! Major major major dust!
Awww...I''m glad Morty''s jaw didn''t need to be glued and wasn''t broken!! Fingers and paws crossed at our house for a rapid and complete recovery for sweet Morty.
Thanks all for the dust!! DH cleared out our reno mess from the master, and now it''s Morty heaven. We put in his favorite cat tree (it''s really kindof a barrel), tons of blankets, blankets on our dressers, a chair, and a TV, litter box, and food...which I think officially makes us the crazy cat people with the cat room until he''s all healed up!! Unfortunately, he hates being in there and hearing the rest of us. Right now he''s prowling around while we get ready for bed. But he''s doing really really well tonight! He got a lot of sleep this afternoon/evening - we watched the biggest loser finale together Again, thanks for all your dust for my kitty!!
You might want to ask your veterinarian if there were any veins, or capillaries, injured also. If the cells in those areas were to be damaged, they could later on be host to infection or blood loss if your cat does have strong enough damage in the area. Best of luck.
