So I have an interview coming up where I will be observed playing with a child in a therapy room. Typically in these types of rooms you remove your shoes. I was thinking of wearing dressy slacks and a more casual top. But does anyone know if there are any cute dressy shoes that a woman can wear socks with? I usually wear heels or flats with bare feet but I think it''s kind of icky to have bare feet when I take my shoes off....

Oh and I''d prefer something cute so that I can wear them again.

Why not just wear a pair of dressy trouser socks with the flats you''d normally wear?

haha good point!

How about patterned black sheer pop socks (you know, in the pantyhose material, but only go to your knee)? Patterned black would be cute but would also go with most dressy shoes, as long as they were closed-toe.

I like the shoes with the T strap on the top of your foot.

Unless of course you were looking for an *excuse* to buy a new pair of shoes

Those of us from an older generation are pretty sure that you can wear any pump with knee high hosiery, and lots of shoes can be worn with ''trouser socks''. Do you live where it is never cold, so you just never wear socks? I have to wear socks in the winter. Even in Texas.
