And this post right here is my 20000th post! Crazy! :appl:

I was just in RT and realized I had not looked at my post count recently, knowing I was in the realm of 20k, and looked over and it was 19999. That is wackadoo!

So I was going to SAVE my special 20000th post for something good, and I came here and VOILA! Something good! Thanks so much Shimmer for the congratulations!

When I hit 10k I felt like I had achieved a milestone. Now I just sort of feel like I have achieved a special badge of insanity 8) That's a whole heckadoodle posts. I blame it on almost two years of maternity leave in the last three years. PS has been my salvation in that time home with babies who just crawl around and suck blocks all day, when they are not in my lap nursing. And I relocated accross the country, meaning I lost all my good friends. But I still had PS!! Internet friends follow you everywhere!

Thank you to all my friends for making me smile, laugh, cry, and slam the laptop closed in annoyance and frustration ;))

PS I luvs ya!

Andrey I would like a new badge now to mark my contribution/obsessiveness ::)

And now I will sign out for a while so I can just enjoy the 20000 number under my name. Good night!!

You are one of the reasons I started posting in RT. I found PS after the Mara/Aljdewey era and there were a handful of consumer posters who stood out even to newbies - they were clearly knowledgeable, and their advice was fair, balanced, and helpful. Well, several years and several thousand posts later you're still here, and PS is better for it! :cheeky: :bigsmile:


Wow. 20,000 posts. That's a LOT of posts... a LOT of time and effort. I wonder if newbies have any idea how lucky they are that all you vintage rocks still play in the sandbox? PS wouldn't be the same without you, and lately my inbox wouldn't either :bigsmile:
