It''s been hot here and it''s been a crazy week so far, haven''t slept well for the last couple of nights. I would love to lie down just for 20 minutes this afternoon but my 2 year old is full of energy and doesn''t want to nap..... sigh. It''s amazing how energetic they are at this age.

Dog crate.

OK, maybe not

I only remember one time when I really thought I would lose my mind after 36 hours without sleep (toddler was sick). I can relate...

I can relate and she is not even a toddle yet. Hope you get some sleep tonight!

I have to watch my 2 year old constantly! As soon as I turn my head, he is into something or out the door

He can unlock deadbolts, the childproof door locks are a joke, open the garage door, reach anything in the house with a little ingenuity, and a zillion other things. Plus, he is a speedster on the tricycle........

I have the hardest time squeezing in a shower when it just the two of us in the house! When he naps, I try to get a quick workout in and an decent shower!

He will be three in December and I really miss the infant that slept 16 hours a day!

You need the invisible fence and shock collar. Just tie a cute bandanna around it and tell the neighbors it''s a fashion statement

totally here u!!! my son is almost 2 and if i sit down to just catch my breath for a few minutes he comes and pulls me from both my hands to get back up...

Well, I can sympathise. I have a MASSIVE headache and an excited 4 year old. Have bought him some new lego''s hoping that the excitement of new toys will last for an hour or so to give me some peace. Oh, why am I here on my computer, because as soon as I lie down on the bed, he jumps on me and wants to play

I wish! I do have a monkey backpack for him that has an extra long tail! Basically a leash

I so love the idea of it but people seem to give me the dirtiest looks when I try to use it.
"Mom, I have a monkey on my back."
