Doll-size mini washing machine

I just discovered that these exist. Who knew? I just bought one last night. Hope it works out!

It's a twin tub! Amazing.

I'm in a condo and the machines are in the basement. I don't want machines in my unit as I'm up high and I don't want the liability if it leaks or the fire risk of a dryer. It's an elevator building, but the elevator doesn't go down to the basement. Plus, sometimes I want to wash a swimsuit, workout clothes, or just a top and underwear for the next day and don't have enough for a full load. (The machines in the basement are HUGE.)

I'm kinda tickled by it. It's so cute!

Super cute! Reminds me of a salad spinner.

I use my knuckles or an old washboard. The crinkly zinc kind.

Apparently it can hold quite a few things, and I think they probably get cleaner in it than handwashing - plus it has a spinner! I'm quite high up in my building, and although there's an elevator, it's still a pain taking the laundry up and down the basement steps - plus you have to see and talk to neighbors that you'd rather not!

I'm SO looking forward to being able to throw a handful of things in the wash and not have to navigate elevator, steps, people, and making sure I have enough coins!

Well it has to be better than something i tried years ago
Our washing machine gave up the ghost when Gary was on a week long hunting trip (like the Sunday night he left)
I didn't want to go and buy one on my own
So at work we had just got in these camping washing machines
a plastic barrel thing with a handle
I bought it and tried it out
talk about usless !
I used nappy-san on my work shirts and hung them out on the line and just let everything else pile up till Gary got home and we went straight out to the depo to pick up the new washing machine machine ourselves rather than wait for delivery because between us we had a pile a mile high
Kind of like this one but not as flash looking and without the smilie
