I guess that makes me a true PSer:

When I was about to get engaged, I'd have nightmares about:
1) Getting proposed to with a gaudy Liberace-esque e-ring
2) receiving an e-ring made from rock candy that actually melted
3) receiving an e-ring with a huge black carbon "eye" staring at me.

When I was about to upgrade, I had a nightmare about a 4 ct Monster upgrade....but it turned out dh chose a ROCK that looked like frozen spit, totally opaque!

A couple weeks ago, I dreamed that my setting was loose, and my centerstone got lost on a train. I was running thought each carriage looking for the stone.

Then last night, I dreamt that my ring fell from a table, and 1/3 ofit was chipped away. When I asked if the main part could be re-cut, they said it'd go down to below 1/2 carat!

What are some of your nightmares?

All the time!

Pre-engagmnet they were about FI proposing in a weird/bad way with a mega ugly ring.

Last week I had a very stressful dream about one of my oval side stones cracking in half randomly and then trying to find a new matching oval side.

I actually had a dream about my e-ring last night, but I don't remember what it was about now...only that it was not a good dream.

Before we got engaged, I dreamed that my (now) fiance proposed with a really ugly ring. It was really big and gaudy, with just tons of little tiny diamonds, and no center stone. This was after we had already picked out our diamond and setting, but I guess I was still worried!

Back when we were doing tons of research and looking at lots of diamonds in jewelry stores (and even now, since we have been considering an upgrade and went to look last weekend), I would constantly dream about diamonds, and the 4 'C's.
