Do you ever wish you could do it all over again?

I loved my wedding, and it was exactly what I wanted...minus a few mishaps...but sometimes, when I read about all you current-brides cute finds, I think "oh, if I could just do it all over again, I would..."

Is that weird? Am I alone in this?

My wedding was just about 2 months ago - and I think everyday about how wonderful and perfect it was - DH even told me yesterday while we were riding in the car, he out-of-the-blue said "I wouldn''t change a thing about our wedding - it was perfect the way it was..." It makes me happy that he feels the same way that I do :)

It really was a magical day for the two of us - we used our budget well, didn''t overspend on things that weren''t important to us, and absolutely nothing went wrong - we were both very happy with every aspect of our wedding and will cherish those memories forever.

YES! YES! My goodness I miss the day so bad. I look at pictures and just feel a little sad that it is over. I wish we could have celebrated for a week!

LOL Just the other day, when we finally received pro pics, hubby says, "wow, I hated your hair. If there was one thing I could do over, that would be it" Then as we''re looking at more pictures, more "changes" are announced.

We had a very nice wedding, overall we''re BOTH happy with everything lol. However I find myself perusing preownedweddingdresses, etc looking at dresses, slightly regretting my choice (& budget). I see others'' pictures, and slightly regret our venue, our colors (not bright nor fresh enough). While I love our wedding pictures, I do wonder if we''d gone another route what they''d look like (more artsy? more surreal, more romantic?) I would have redone our programs, had our invites letterpresses or engraved, etc. LOL I guess my regret is not having a bigger budget! But then I remember how happy, wonderful, & full of love I felt that day, and everything''s ok. (Well that and realistically we''d never do it again)

My wedding isn''t until July, but I have friends who jokingly ask for a divorce just so they could get married again!

I think it''s natural with any BIG, EXCITING event to want to do it again. I remember feeling that way after Prom in high school, my cousin''s wedding in which I was a bridesmaid and a few friend''s weddings that were just super fun. I''m sure that after my wedding, I''m DEFINITELY going to want to do it all over again!

You are not alone.

We got married September 1, 2007 and I have repeatedly told DH that I want to get married again once every couple years!!

It was one of the best days I can remember. Great friends, great food...it was just so much fun...

Sure. so long as I didn''t have to plan a minute of it :)

To be honest, I loved the ceremony and I do think we will run off to a remote island somewhere and renew our vows for our 5th anniversary. You don''t experience that kind of emotion every day and saying our vows will always be one of the highlights of my life.

As for the reception--for me the fun of it was just spending time with my family and closest friends. We enjoyed our wedding so much that we are doing something similar next summer (renting a huge house on the ocean and inviting the whole fam to come and stay with us for a week). Obviously there won''t be any fancy dinner, cake, ceremony or wedding dress...which eliminates all planning (yay!), but I''m hoping that we have just as fabulous of a time.

Not if I had to pay for it again!!

In hindsight I would love to do it all over again but leading up to the day no one could have convinced me I would feel that way. I was so anxious and stressed about EVERYTHING...nothing that mattered of course but felt very important at the time!

YES!!!!!

I would love to do it all over again for two reasons:

1. It was such an amazing experience.

2. I would want to go back and be more relaxed because the second time around I would know what to expect. Especially when it comes to my pictures.
