Not at all anymore. When I first was obsessed with diamonds, jewelry and gems I was very influenced. I have a collection I am happy with, and no further need to spend more money on jewelry. I am still interested in reading the posts and viewing the pictures.
I remain eternally grateful for the support and compassion shown by all of you (to a stranger on the internet) when I was scared and worried about my neurosurgery last year.
Where I have been most influenced, is when it turned out to not have been a successful surgery: you helped me to not feel like a failure. You let me whine and feel sorry for myself until I realized for myself that it was time to suck it up and get on with things. THAT is an amazing influence.
Oh, and of course, there''s always someone online to enable me (shopping wise!) on those nights when the monster is awake and I need a diversion. Thank you for that.

There are some certain ladies in the pearl forum that keep showing me new and cool things that I can''t live without.
I am influenced by PSers. It is the perfect place to get a product/vacation/book/movie/etc reviews. If the question has not been asked then all I have to do is post the topic and within mins. I get responses. It is awesome! I have other outlets for (serious) life related questions but for everything else (mostly mommy stuff) this is a great place to get advice. I feel like I have made true friends and connections that would have never been possible otherwise. For that I am truly grateful.
