Yeah, I saw that elsewhere and it's horrible. In addition, the college student needs remedial math and/or history lessons because the number is 6,000,000 not 6,000.

I call it consequences rather than punishment because learning shouldn't be called punishment. Also, since this is a college student at issue with the Valentine's Day card, part of the consequences should also include public speaking in a class or school group about what he or she learned from the required assignments so others can learn, too.
