Has anyone used an on-line service to prepare a wedding album? I thought someone posted a link on here, maybe 2 weeks ago, with a suggested vendor, but now I can''t find the post . . . .

I love this

I haven''t gotten around to making my wedding album yet, but used it for my engagement pics... It turned out incredible! Once you register (it''s free) they send you all kind of discount codes (40% off, buy 1 get 1, etc) I got 2 books for $72... that included 2 day air shipping!!!
I made the book for my wedding as my guestbook.... left the left side of every page blank for guests to sign/write something.... it makes a fabulous coffee table book!

It is very easy to use!

Hope that helps!

Wow, Neveah! Those books are really neat. I''ve never seen anything like that. I love all of the options they offer too.

I''m going to tell my friend about it too. She''s having a huge family reunion and is collecting pictures from each family member. It would be so neat if she could have books made for each family to have a copy of their whole family tree!!!!

Love this idea. Thanks for the link!!

If you are looking to create a more traditional flush mount album, Candid2000.com gets great reviews on my local knot board. I also made a "coffee table" styel book similar to the ones from the other sites posted above using shutterfly for my parents'' anniversary and received many compliments on it.

I just used Shutterfly for my books from my TTD shoot and I was very happy with them. They came in a blue fabric the same colour as the blue of my sash, and everyone loved them!

We used Kodak Gallery. Very modern and crisp look, and CHEAP. Love ours.

Hi,

If anyone has used mypublisher.com can you please post pics of the album and/or comment on the quality?

I used www.mypublisher.com. I don''t have any pictures of the album right now but I am extremely happy with the quality of the photos overall. The only thing I wasn''t happy with was the quality of one picture that was kind of dark and was taken at night - it came out very grainy. Other than that, every other picture came out beautifully, and I just love the layout of the album. I got a couple of coupon codes off the internet and got two large albums for only $50 - everybody thinks they were much more expensive.

There''s also www.blurb.com.

Portia, blurb is AWESOME! The quality is incredible, and the variety is a great thing, too. My Fi is a photographer (not weddings) and motion picture cameraman, and he uses blurb to put together samples of his work to show clients. The hard-cover coffee table books of his art photography stay in his studio, and he whips up smaller, soft-cover sample books to leave with clients. It''s cheap enough to make a bunch of different books, and they turn the projects around super-fast, too.
