LiW "Did You Say Yes?"

FI proposed last night. It was completely low-key and undramatic, just like our relationship, so totally fitting and appropriate. We spent the entire day together doing various normal things, and before bed, he went and got the ring, and asked me, "Will you marry me?" Of course, I said yes, he slipped the ring on my finger, and we kissed.

After a couple of minutes, he stopped and asked me, "Wait...did you say yes?" It was so cute. He was so nervous that he realized he wasn''t sure he heard an answer!

We''re having our law school friends over for dinner tonight, so I can''t wait to tell them!

Oh, the ring is 2.14ct. H/SI2 with AGS Ideal 0 in light performance, in a Tiffany repro setting. I''ll take pix and post later in the week.
