I''ll go. While facebook is a nice way to keep up to date with what people are doing it is very impersonal and sometimes it is nice to step out from behind the computer screen. High school wasn''t the greatest period in my life but I did meet lots of great people and I am not bitter about anything.
My high school was pretty cliquey but not in a nasty way. I remember at our graduation party talking to a few girls who I always thought were ''too cool'' for us. It was funny because when I mentioned it was such a shame that we''d never gotten to know each other better during all the years we''d been going to the same school they revealed that they had thought that we were ''too cool'' for them too.
I am terrible at keeping in contact with people. I barely talk to any of my old school friends anymore even though most are wonderful people and I really should make more of an effort to keep them in my life. It is terrible how sometimes we get so caught up in other things that we don''t notice years going by and friendships drifting apart.
