Check this out. You can order a martini with a diamond in Japan. I'd be too scared to accidentally swallow it if it was a surprise proposal. $15000 for a 1.06 ct also seem way too expensive!

Of course the restaurant could not tolerate a PSer. Can you imagine our order: "Ketel One vodka and oh, I want a F color, vs2 or better, 57 table, 41.2 or smaller pav angle, and, oh yes, medium fluor please. And a slice of lime."
