Oh, it looks like some baby back ribs and pork loin roasts. And underneath on the second rack? Pork chops and some chicken breasts.

Whatever shall I do? Oh wait, let's season some spare ribs with homemade spice rub and wait until the other stuff is cooked so we can smoke this, too.

We're getting close, just brushed the glaze on so that it can set.
