Yeah, yeah. SOMEONE might have been having an epic gallbladder attack in a series of escalating attacks and MAYBE was scheduled for emergency surgery Tuesday and MAYBE had to stay overnight unexpectedly and MAYBE had a super inflamed organ removed in the nick of time and MAYBE is recovering nicely at home right now - despite occasional flying "gut punches" from overeager pets wanting to be right where the stitches are ... and not being able to stay on the computer for long due to double vision/"good meds". Sadly I am unable to do any chores and/or lifting right now! :naughty: Please, don't feel toooo sorry for me. A gal could get used to this being served food on a tray bizness right quick. :rodent:

Bottom line: I'm BACK .... but maybe w/less "gall"? :wink2:

Oh honey! Owww! I'm sorry that you had to umm, "earn" your time in bed being fed and pampered. That must've hurt! Happy to hear they caught it in time and that you are on the mend. Dust for a speedy recovery, and dust for whoever is doing the chores now likes them so much they keep on doing them! :Up_to_something:

...and sending you a big, ginormous bouquet of virtual flowers...

Oh, the gall of you!

Seriously--you poor thing! I'm with you though on that getting served on a tray. That was the best part of my torn ACL (as the good meds all made me puke...therfore making them bad meds...). Well, that, and the unbelieveably cute fellow who worked with my surgeon.

Take it easy! Wishing you a smooth recovery!!!

Hahahahaha, you are so funny! I'm glad that you are home recuperating and getting pampered.

I'm so looking forward to seeing if this "gall less" gal is any less delightful.

*PHEW* Get well soon!

And it's like the pets have radar for wounds to stand on, isn't it? Truly impressive!

C???

Proof that bad grammar is bad for your health!!! :wink2:

I hope you feel better soon! Meanwhile, give that bedside bell a good workout!

Ouch!!! Hope you have a speedy recovery. Glad you are being spoiled!!! :wavey:

I dunno...I think losing an organ calls for a new sparklie to ease the loss and fill the void, yanno? I hope you bounce back quickly. Maybe DeeJay should send you some of her wine to wash down your happy pills -- eases the pain when the animals aim for the stitches.

You'll always have more than your share of 'gall'.

Glad you're feeling better; and you will feel W-A-Y better in the future now that it's gone. Take it easy, and enjoy the rest.

Oh my gosh, glad to hear everything is ok! Hope you recover quickly (but not too quickly  ) and you feel better soon!

Yikes! Time to kick your feet up and enjoy some much deserved pampering!

Deco, glad you're being pampered, hard way to get it, though! I can just imagine the "fun" of having 4-legged bedmates -- "Aha! Mom's on the bed waiting for us!" THUMP! Been there. Also glad your typing fingers work ok & waiting for you to come roaring back.

Oh dear!!! I hope "SOMEBODY" has a semi speedy recovery! Fast enough that the pets don't cause you discomfort for long, and long enough that the "helper fairy" continues to serve your every need...with a silver tray...and those lovely meds that are making you happy and content... and maybe a little trinket just for all the pain and hurt you've gone thru! I personally feel nothing heals like a new piece of jewellry--- amirightoramirightoramiright????

Wishing you and uber speedy recovery!! I know several peeps who have gone through this, and I can only imagine what sent you reeling to the hospital! All injuries, surgeries, ouchies--what-have-you are good cause for a new sparkly. :naughty:

I'm glad to hear that everything's all right, Deco. Here's to a speedy recovery!

I hope you feel better soon! Inflamed gallbladders are the worst :knockout:

Best wishes for a swift recovery Deco.

Poor Deco! I am so glad that the surgery went well and that you are home recovering. Take advantage of the pampering while you can....these "opportunities" are (hopefully) few and far between. Sending you speedy healing vibes!
